Job Duties: Making a Difference, One Day at a Time!
Our caregivers are more than just staff – they’re life changers! Here’s what your day-to-day might look like as part of our incredible team:
Be a Skills Coach:
Help clients develop independence by teaching essential life skills like meal preparation, budgeting, cleaning, and personal care – all while cheering them on for every little victory.
Adventure Guide:
Accompany clients on outings to the community – whether it’s grocery shopping, attending events, or navigating public transit, you’re their go-to for fun and safe exploration.
Champion of Safety:
Ensure clients' living spaces are safe, clean, and comfortable, and work with them to maintain their homes while modeling safety practices like emergency preparedness.
Motivational Teammate:
Encourage clients to chase their dreams by supporting them in achieving personal goals and attending meaningful activities, like joining clubs or finding hobbies.
Wellness Partner:
Support clients with managing their health – whether it's reminding them to take medications, assisting with appointments, or encouraging healthy habits.
Confidentiality Keeper:
Maintain accurate, confidential records for each client, including progress notes, schedules, and reports, while respecting their dignity and privacy.
Community Connector:
Build strong relationships with families, service coordinators, and other stakeholders to create a supportive network for your clients.
